If you’re planning to get a takeaway this evening, Fiona’s recent guest chef appearance on Ireland AM might just convince you otherwise. Live on the show Fiona showed how to make her Easy Chicken Satay Stir Fry – the perfect fakeaway recipe!
This satay stir fry recipe is not only just as delicious but a lot healthier than the options you might find on your local takeaway menu. What’s more, Fiona showed the Ireland AM viewers that it’s easy to make too.
Fiona shared with Ireland AM host Simon Delany all her tips and tricks to get a tasty and nutritious meal on the table in minutes. To start, Fiona used Fused’s Chopped Ginger and Chopped Garlic. These Fused products save you time and effort in the kitchen no matter what Asian dish you’re whipping up.
Fiona also advised the viewers at home to slice veg and protein of choice thinly to speed up cooking time, and to add a dash of water to the hot wok to steam the veg – yet another time-saving tip!
The star of this recipe is the healthy cheat’s satay sauce, made using peanut butter, Fused Organic Coconut Milk, Irish honey and just a handful of other ingredients.
