The Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards recognise and celebrate the best in retail, wholesale and foodservice food and drink products available in Ireland.

Only months after Fused’s launch, in 2017 our Fused Glorious Ginger Soy Sauce won Best Sauce in Ireland at the prestigious national awards. Fused Cheeky Chilli Soy Sauce was recognised as a Highly Commended runner up in this category too. It was an incredibly proud moment for both Gilmar and I.

Since then, our Fused Flavoured Soy Sauce range has gone from strength to strength. After listening to customer feedback we expanded the range to include Fused organic coconut milk, a range of curry pastes, key ingredients (chopped garlic, chilli and ginger) and premium stir-fry sauces (Teriyaki, Katsu Curry, Black Bean, Chow Mein, Chinese Curry, Sweet Chilli and Thai Green Curry).
