Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fused soy sauce
- 2 tbsp passata
- 1 tbsp honey
- 300 g good quality beef mince
- Few handfuls panko or regular breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Vegetable oil
To Serve
- 4 buns
- Ketchup
- 1 tomato sliced
- 4 slices edam cheese
- 4 slices pickles
- 4 salad leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Mix the soy sauce, passata and honey sauce in a large bowl. Add the beaten egg, beef mince and panko and mix well together.
- Using your hands shape the meat mix into burger patties. This should make 4 or 5 depending on the size.
- Brush the baking tray and burgers with vegetable oil. Put the burgers on the baking tray and place in the preheated oven.
- Cook for about 25 minutes, turning only once during this time.
- Serve in a bun with tomato, salad leaves, pickles and cheese.
