Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower 4 steaks
- 1 onion peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp Fused Chopped Garlic shop
- 1 tbsp Fused Chopped Ginger shop
- 1 tsp Fused Crushed Chilli optional
- 100 g Fused Curry Stir Fry Sauce (Choose from Katsu or Chinese)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut the cauliflower in half and then slice again (nice and thick about 1.5 inches) giving you four cauliflower steaks
- Place the cauliflower steaks and sliced onion on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Pour Fused Curry Pouch over the cauliflower and onion and spread evenly.
- Place in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Notes
These can also be pan-fried and are great served with rice.
