This is my go to recipe when I have little time to prepare a healthy meal at home. This dish is so light yet full of flavour. The key to keeping a balance between a busy lifestyle and preparing healthy meals from scratch is a little menu planning and having a few very easy recipes to turn to when hunger and panic hits!!
Ingredients
2 x fillets of seabass
Fused Glorious Ginger soy sauce
Few tablespoons of flour, to coat fish (optional)
Vegetable oil, for frying
Serves 2
Instructions
- Coat the seabass fillets in flour and shake off any excess flour. Set aside.
- Add vegetable oil to a non stick frying pan on a medium to high heat.
- Fry the seabass fillets on both sides for a few minutes until cooked.
- Turn Glorious Ginger upside down (with lid on) and shake side to side a few times to infuse the ginger into the soy sauce. Take off the lid and drizzle over the seabass fillets before eating.
Tip – Serve with freshly steamed rice & vegetables or mixed salad.
